Novisal was founded in 2012 by Daniel Senatus, a Veteran of the US Navy, as a professional services firm specializing in Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Health Consulting and Training. Our Team

Novisal is led by a team of Health and Safety Professionals, both seasoned and certiﬁed, and who are highly proﬁcient in local, state and federal safety and health requirements. Our experience includes such high-proﬁle projects as the WTC response, the Andrew Cuomo Bridge construction, hexavalent chromium contaminated site clean-ups, COVID response, and numerous infrastructure improvement initiatives.

We have worked for well-known and demanding clients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, the federal government, construction, and mass transit. Typically, Novisal staﬀ are assigned to these projects as Safety Professionals, Construction Safety Oﬃcers & Engineers, Health & Safety Oﬃcers, Site Safety Representatives, Project Monitors, EHS Auditors, Trainers, Industrial Hygienist and EHS Consultants.
