This project involved major rail station improvements—demolition, renovation and new construction activities occurred while stations remained open, and trains were running. Novisal is provided Construction Safety Engineering services in support of this project which involves site health and safety oversight for the prime contractor and subs performing site work, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, exterior metal roofing and siding, painting, environmental, and surveying.

Novisal provided training and oversight of contractor compliance with the federal, state, local regulations; reviewed and developed Site-Specific HASPs with updates as required. Novisal reviewed and developed JHAs as required and enforced Corrective Actions. This project is an example of Novisal’s flexibility to staff a long-term project across multiple sites, and which required minimal disruption to the client’s use of the sites and public access to the facilities.
